No problem— the Nurse-Guided Start option may be a fit for you. If you live in the Charleston area, we can send a registered nurse to your home to provide in-person instruction.

CuraCore Wellness is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance. This allows us to offer flexible, personalized care without the restrictions of traditional insurance-based medicine.
Some medications, lab tests, or outside services may be eligible for insurance coverage if billed through third-party pharmacies or labs, but coverage is not guaranteed and varies by plan. Clients are responsible for any costs not covered.
In some cases, yes. If clinically appropriate, we may prescribe FDA-approved medications through your local or mail-order pharmacy, which may be covered by your insurance. Coverage and copays vary by plan. CuraCore Wellness does not complete prior authorizations or submit medical records or documentation to insurance companies for coverage determinations.
